Advice Commander Graf Spee?
Do I currently only have two German commanders Hipper and Scheer available as the two recommended?Do the skills say they are right? I need some advice from some experienced person and also how to play it ... prevalent use as ammunition the AP.
I also need to know which commanders to use as inspiration
