How do I lose 14 pounds????

So I wanna lose 14 pounds but I have literally no idea about anything weight loss related. I can only do 10k steps a day. I eat maybe 1000 calories a day around 11pm-12am and that’s all I eat a day besides sometimes a snack a day. I weigh 51.3kg, I wanna weigh around 45kg and that’s been my goal for a while. I am also 5ft. I just wanna be healthier. I just don’t know how to.

How long would it take for me to lose that weight if I were to fix my diet and do 10k steps a day???
