I have 2500 to invest. Trying to narrow things down.

So like the title says. I have 2500 coming in the next couple days. I know it's not alot for most. But it's a decent one time investment for me. I am trying to narrow what I should buy down. I was thinking something like 5 coins wothd 500 each. With 1-2 being higher risk What would you all do in this situation.
