iQoo 12 - latest OriginOS update?

It's been months since I've received an update and I'm still on OriginOS 4. but I've seen an online article saying that iQoo 12 devices should have received an OriginOS 5 update in Oct 2024. Are there other iQoo 12 CN version users who can share their take on what's going on?
