Cloud Gateway Max keeps freezing and shutting down

I recently got the UCG Max and nearly everyday it shuts down and the internet goes out. The screen on the device just shows the U. The only messages I get from the device say I’m either experiencing packet loss or high latency, but I had a UDM plugged in before this and never experienced a single issue. I just tried swapping the power block with my laptop charger to see if that makes a difference. Is there another reason this could be happening?
