Driver texted me to say the restaurant has no Mac and cheese. I got my order and sure enough, no Mac. So I reported item is missing. They told me they can confirm the order is not eligible for a refund. But the driver already confirmed I didn't get my stuff! For 3 days now I've been re-opening the request and they just close it. What do I do?
