Cinema Credit Card

Hi guys, I’m looking for a credit card that gives buy 1 get 1 cinema tickets without a minimum spend? Does anyone know if cards like that exist? Also if it includes lounge access then that’s a plus. Not looking for cashback as I have 2 other cards already for cashback.
