Pre Stream rituals?
maybe “ritual” isn’t the right word lol but what I’m asking is: Is there something you do before each stream to get yourself hyped up/ready to go live?
Some people listen to a playlist specifically to hype themselves up, some work out to get their blood pumping, similar to how some musical artists do before they go on stage. Etc, etc.
What is something you do that helps you get ready before showing your face on stream? Just curious of how different methods work for different people :)
side note: I’ve been streaming since early 2021 (by far my most consistent year) However, I took a long hiatus since then, only streaming whenever I had the energy/confidence for it. Currently I’m making a new stream schedule to try and stick to & see how it works out for me. (I always had a hard time sticking to a schedule, which was another issue of mine.) I still get the jitters before clicking the “go live” button and I’m sure I’m not alone. Any tips or recommendations from experience welcome <3
