My partner doesn’t feel anything when he tops

My boyfriend is a natural bottom but sometimes wants to top me. The issue is he doesn't feel much sensation, saying, "there isn't any friction or anything to rub against." I'm uncut and have never had this problem when topping, while he on the other hand is cut, so l wonder if that affects his sensation in any way?. He loves oral, and often begs me to give him head lol, but penetration feels different for him. I'm on the bigger side, not over weight, but not skinny just a bit chubby, but I'm trying to lose weight, wondering if weight or muscle tone impacts tightness and if that could be impacting his sensation?

He isn't that used to topping and doesn't have much experience in it, he often gets soft quick and gets upset that he can't finish or continue topping.

I'm willing to try anything to give him the sensation he wants! I love my boyfriend and want to make him happy
