Trivia: 'The Cartridge Family' Alternate Ending (UK)

Just a fun bit of trivia I was thought was interesting to bring up, because it not mentioned very often.

So in the UK, the Simpsons mostly runs on 2 channels: SKY One, and Channel 4 (there may be others, but they are the only ones I've seen).

For a while, the episode 'The Cartridge Family' was banned here due to the episode focusing on guns, and the opening about the football riot. They brought the episode back eventually, but Channel 4 had apparently edited together a new ending from the existing clips.

Normally, the episode would have Marge open the pedal bin to throw the gun away; but upon seeing her reflection, would change her mind and strike a cool pose: walking away in femme fatale fashion.

In the edited clip though - when the bin is opening- the clip would freeze at the apex and is played in reverse, with a stock sound effect layered on top. It would then smash cut to Marge walking out the door as usual.
