Help! Picotin Clemence dull spot. Why is that?

Yesterday I received a Picotin I got from fashionphile. On the site it said excellent condition only small wear on one bottom corner. The thing is I see/feel this dull/ hard spot that looks kinda like a ball. I didn’t see it at first until I was touching the bag and felt the texture off on that spot(hard like you can almost knock on it). Any idea what’s that ? Is that damaged? Help. I’ve been looking for this color for so long, I don’t know if I should keep or return. Here some outside and inside pictures. Thank you. Any help is appreciated.
