OBGYN appt tomorrow, please talk me off the ledge.

I finally convinced myself to schedule an OBGYN appt for some symptoms I have been having. I’m overdue for a Pap smear but I was going to ask her if I could do that another day. However I didn’t really consider that I might need an exam tomorrow. I couldn’t find my nuva ring a few months ago and I’ve been having spotting. Anddddd now I’m really nervous and dreading it even more.

Anyways… what does it feel like when they do a manual exam? Am I working myself up for no reason? Please talk me off the ledge so I can sleep tonight!
