I'm Dumb and I've peaked. Can't get stronger

I'm stuck at level 100 mid power and on Swamp Walker normal level.

I don't understand the pattern of getting stronger and having hard times to obtain the necessary tools to get stronger. Colossus on hard mode are just why to strong.

It's just like in Warframe. Every enemy higher then level 110 or so is hard to kill.
