FCDO country-based roles - interviews
Would anyone be able to shed some light on the recruitment process for FCDO country-based roles? I’m talking about locally engaged staff, not FCDO postings.
The job adverts each specify civil service behaviours, so I’m keen to know whether an interview would follow the same structure as a usual UK civil service interview (one question on each behaviour etc.)
Any insight from anyone who might have applied for one of these roles in the past or has an idea how the interviews are structured would be very gratefully received. Thanks!
