Moo is already starting to feel at home

Outward appearances aside, sutures and shots did him a world of good, and he’s starting to act more like his regular self. Seeing him light up when I walked in to his home base was just what I needed after this long week. He still won’t venture out from the bathroom (other cats locked in the bedroom for that test), but welcomes all the attention I can give while in there.

Cone is keeping him from properly bathing himself, so he’s been melting into that bed and kneading while I brush him and wipe him down with damp warm cloths. Makes him happy, but really isn’t doing anything for the piss smell stuck to him, so if anyone has some recommendations on pet wipes or something to help mitigate that, I’m all ears lol
