Will I have a problem w getting prescribed ADHD meds if I'm honest about my drug use ?

Hey guys, got diagnosed a few years ago, and due to extreme circumstances I'm going to see a psychiatrist, and I'm not sure wether to lie or not about drug use, as I think it might prevent me from getting me, and just to clarify I will probably use them responsibly most of the time lol
