Steam Golden Profile for Summer?

Will steam ever bring the Golden Profile back? I really liked this and wouldn't mind spending 5k - 10k points to get it, the only thing I hate is that it wasn't permanent.

Is there any chance Steam will ever bring this back in the Points Shop? I'd gladly spend 10k points to have this permanently.
