Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory - PC (Steam) Sound Not Working
So I re-downloaded Chaos Theory on Steam but for some reason the sound is broken. For example, not only is there no sound at all in the menus/cutscenes, but when its time for a character like Lambert or Grim to say a line the subtitle box in the corner appears for a split second and no one says anything. Not only that but the sound meter is busted, and doesn’t change no matter how loud you are. Has anyone had this issue? Is it possible a sound related file is missing? Could really use a friend. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t work.
