Looping ruined my chat :(

Is there a cure for looping? i reached the memory limit long ago and kept going and all was fine and still was but now if i reply,the bot reply's with a text sent messages ago? It keeps doing it when it had nothing to do with the conversation. Ive deleted a few replys where it looped and tried again with a new model (i only have the base two since im on the free membership) and it worked for a small while and then repeated the exact text from a few messages ago.
