Is anyone having random disconnects whenever a match starts?

Whenever I'm searching for a opponent my game just randomly disconnects out of nowhere, I know it isn't my internet because I use a ethernet cable but this has happened to me several times whenever I played this game and wonder why this happens and if they know about this issue.
