A6100+ Old 135mm F2.8 manual lens

Took these on a Sony A6100 paired with an old manual 135mm F2.8 lens with a stuck aperture (stuck wide open, hence the horrible background). Tried Topaz Photo AI and the result is much improved than the previous iterations of the software in terms of object detection, speed, colour and lighting enhancements. The result is seriously making me consider a Telephoto under budget like the Tamron 18-300. How does it compare against Sony 55-200? Any suggestions?
