Skull & Bones Premium edition Account Sharing

Will both people who participate in game sharing through main account on other's console be able to access all the content of the Premium edition including the 3 days early access and the "Smuggler's Pass Token" which I believe is like a battle pass? I did find the following on the PS Store website;

" You can download and play this content on the main PS5 console associated with your account (through the “Console Sharing and Offline Play” setting) and on any other PS5 consoles when you login with your same account. "
