Somehow, it keeps getting worse, now my TV keeps turning off.

Since the "Upgrade" to my Nvidia Shield, I've had to deal with the audio cutting out and constantly needing to unplug and replug the HDMI back in to restore it. Changed the audio settings and that seems to have been settled, but now, after approx 3 minutes of use, my TV goes to sleep, no warning, no message, just black screen. I've fiddled with it, rebooted the Shield, unplugged both the shield and TV, insured sleep is off, etc etc, to no luck.

I've disabled CEC, and still it happens, if I'm watching Youtube, Kodi, or even ACTIVELY in the settings, all of a sudden, the TV goes black but the audio still plays (Irony, the opposite issue I had been having)

The most solid and reliable device on my network is slowly becoming a liability to my entertainment needs.
