Burt lives on [Spoiler] Rd. which got me thinking...

I was re-watching the season finale of S1 and paused it when Irv was looking through his list of severed people. As he was sorting through the list, I noticed that Burt lives on 3329 Gull HARBOR Rd., Kier, PE.

I wonder if the project files = locations on Irv's marked up Kier map. Maybe those were locations of car accidents where people died or almost died and they were taken to Lumon like Gemma?

So Gemma=Cold Harbor and Burt had something to do with it..

Tumwater, Siena are the other locations on Irv's map + Lumon project name?
