Born in Roma set : What's the difference?

Bonjour!

I fell in love with Valentino Born in Roma Yellow and was thinking about getting a set to try the other 2 as well.

Someone can explain the difference between these two sets? All bottles are 10ml and same assortment (donna/yellow/coral). One is glass (125$) the other is rubber (88$). It's 37$ difference!
