FB Marketplace Scam 😔

So this happened to me on Feb 1st. There was a Dell 24" 1080p monitor for $25 listed on FB Marketplace and I reached out to the seller, everything was good and they gave me their address to come pickup.

Once I was there, they didn't see my messages and I waited in their 4 story condo's lobby for a while and they read my messages and asked me to wait in the lobby after 10mins.

I was waiting in the mailbox room/lobby and then heard loud footsteps behind the lobby door and a guy with a black mask on his face, revealing just his eyes, with his right hand inside his coat jacket opened the lobby door and yelled at me saying "Put the money down! Put the money down" and I did that and he took the money and shut the lobby door.

It was terrifying for me since I never faced anything as such in my entire life.

I already reported the account to FB but should I report the same to cops? The amount is negligible, just $25 but the amount of terror was high.

Please suggest.
