Herpes ?

Urethritis? Herpes? Uti? (20 M) I hate talking about my story over and over , ight so i had raw sex thanksgiving 2 times different people same week, later got a feeling in my urethra, been peeing with for 4 weeks then went to docters all test and stds were negative, even went to a urologist, all were confused cause of no discharge, just pain. As christmas comes along i got a shot of antibiotics and inflammation(rocephin and toradol) from a mexican doctor lol cause none of the american ones were helping , it went away for a week and a half ! then it started slowly coming back but this time i have a urge to pee , and urethra bothers me when i cum or lay down. I opened my urethra and saw this. not sure if it’s herpes or what. I just had another shot of rochepin and prescribed ciproflaxcin yesterday because of this irritation. but yeah let me know so i can go be sad or something. also it’s not pelvic floor muscle i workout everyday and train my body. very irritated, any help? please ┐(‘～`；)┌
