Having a hard time proving. Disability, please help!

I was denied and am on the first appeal process they said my reasons as follows ;Learning disability; hard time being around big crowds; Can't sit still and focus; hard time hearing and remembering simple instruction; get agitated very easily.

They said my condition results in some limitations in my abilities to perform work related activities. they said they have determined that my condition is not severe enough to keep me from working. Saying I could adjust to other work after that message.

I suffer from Bipolar, Adhd, Depression, PTSD, & Anxiety. My Psyc Doc just put me on paliperidone and I'm on my 2nd dose increase from the original 3mg so 9mg now. - This med is for Schizophrenia. We told him that my dad has it and he immediately put me on this med. My dad has the same symptoms as me and it took him three years to get on ssdi. Mom is fine.

My question here is can I get everyone together to help me hear their reasons for not being able to work. I need solid answers, if you won, your answers would help the most. I have a 20 month old and 10 year old who have to watch their dad "mooch" off family for anything right now as I haven't worked since April 2024.
