SSDI is slacking! Starting to take it personal! Not nice!

My son was approved 10/28. Was apprived for April 2024 to current. And we Did the review 12/5. Told 10-14 days to get back verification from my bank. At one point they told me 12/20 was my target date. Didn't receive anything. Went back ik 12/23. Was told that they don't have any further info. Except I have to just wait for the last review. She did state that they have until 1/24 to respond and process. (90 days after approval letter) 24th of January came and past and still nothing. And no I'm not even receiving the regular benefit or the back pay..... At this point. What should I do? Even their website states that backpay is paid 30-60 days after initial approval...does anyone have any ideas as to why it's taking so long??? We are barely surviving here with my inability to work full time due to my sons disability. I'm so frustrated. Also! The portal has him listed as I'm his payee. (Showed up after the 12/5 phone review. But under payment section? It says "this beneficiary is not receiving payments" like its not updating. Help!
