Help.

I don't even know what to do anymore I'm so helpless and frustrated with the roblox support garbage. I lost access to my authenticator app. Lost my backup codes. Locked out of my account. All i ask was to deactivate the 2 step authentication attached to my account. Gave my verified email address. My verified phone number. Purchase/receipts. My debit card last digits linked to my roblox account in payment methods. Got bot response from them for the past few days. I don't even know what to do anymore? They asked to verify my ownership I did and I don't think they're even reading my tickets and actually willing to resolve the issue. This has been going since October 25th. I don't think I was given any opportunity. I just don't know what to do anymore...
