What am I looking at here?

Recently acquired from a formerly alive relative and given instructions to pass it along to my children

Any suggestions on how to get out a bit of surface rust and polish. Also if anyone knows the correct size/model of pachmayr grips this is I’d like to order new ones (without the paint splotches)

I want this to look almost exactly like it is now but absolutely pristine.

Not gonna be shooting it much at all except to verify that it does work and to trouble shoot any parts that may need replacing…other than that it will be a safe queen
