Smith and Wesson 686 plus 6 inch barrel 357 magnum, issue or normal?

Hey guys I just picked up this revolver today which is a 7 shooter and I love it. I haven't put a single round through it yet.

since taking it home and messing with it, ive noticed that 1 out of the 7 round chambers is giving an issue when trying to manually cock the hammer back. it feel tight and I really have to pull the hammer back hard to get it to lock and ever sometimes the trigger will also be pulled back. this revolver is brand new never shot.

any ideas or advice on what to do?
