Re-started culture from tablets. Stronger than before

I think on my first culture I overheated the batch and it led to a high population of dead LR creating a slimy consistency. This led to weak batches that don’t colonize the entire lactose before the first gen start to die off.

This second batch is exactly what I have seen online. Much more firm right out of the gate. Excited to see what round two does for this culture!
