Actually tired of getting yelled at every single day

Title says it. No day goes by without getting yelled at. No not by patients, they're some of the most reasonable people I meet in my program. I mean attendings. Nurses. Etc. When attendings have beef with each other, they yell at the residents and never take it up with each other. Nurses take it up with us all the time. Front desk staff too. I'm not kidding, every day. I wake up every morning dreading being yelled at by whoever.

Debating quitting medicine entirely, as this kind of stress is not doable. I didn't go into medicine to be a punching bag, to have nurses scream at me everyday because they don't agree with the doctors' plans. I'm happy to discuss or take your opinions-but why yell and scream? Also, it's the attending's ideas the nurses disagree with so why yell at us?
