Am I dying? (TW open wound)

Hello everyone! I was hoping someone could ease my spiralling mind by identifying what’s going on with my incision. I had a red “blood blister” type bump last week, and I put a pimple patch on it. A day later I took it off, saw that there was still blood, and put another one on. Stupid me forgot I even had on a pimple patch, and I saw it today when I went to shower (I’ve showered between then and today, it was just under my boob and didn’t see it). When I took the pimple patch off, this is what was underneath. Is it staphylococcus? Is it my incision that popped open? I’m heading to the walk-in clinic tomorrow no matter what, but I’m hoping someone else has gone through this and can calm my mind in the meantime 🫣 TIA
