Sucker puckering causing an indentation

I am 6 weeks post op and on my right best the scar is puckering so badly it’s causing a large indentation in the shape of a W and I noticed it’s also pulling my nipple down.

My right breast sits visibly higher than my left because of this. Has anyone had this happen? I saw my surgeon and he said I potentially will have to get a scar revision and maybe take some fat and inject it back in. He told me to massage vigorously and maybe it will drop.

I’m hoping I don’t need revision. Just wanted to see if there’s anyone who had this happen and recovered fine.
