Is it reflective?

So I bought Lurid Lacquer's sparkling indecision because someone in this group posted it! It is soooo pretty.

However, when I went to put the flash on my camera I was taken aback by the particles of sparkle! I must have not read the description? I am not sure, but I am not complaining!
