Why do i keep getting loading screens

I can play Like 3 or 4 clean matches and when the next round starts and im supposed to choose a operator i keep getting buggy loading screens and eventualy get kicked my Internet is good in other online games i dont have any problems so it must be because of rainbow How do i fix it
