Some help with choosing a motor and battery

I have the following components and their weight. 3 servos: 27g Receiver: 19.3g ESC: 30g* Li-po: 250g** landing gear (rear+front): 50g Total weight of the foam board (excluding wings): 80g*** Total app. 456g

• I could not find the exact value for an ESC on AliExpress since they include the weight of the whole package instead of a single component. So I just searched on Google and took the biggest value I could find. ** For this one I have no idea how much it supposed to wait because I haven’t used it so far, since I don’t have a motor, I don’t know what kind of battery I need, but I just approximated the biggest value I could find on Google just in case. *** Regarding foam board, I needed to know the volume density, and all that stuff in order to calculate how much it’s going to weigh, so again, I just approximated something.

Base on these values, could you please help me choose a motor for my airplane and as well as a battery? (I was thinking a length of 40cm for the plane).
