Can someone explain me what happened between Gil Vicente & Estrala da Amadora since several players and staff members from both clubs got 60 days ban from Portuguese FA?

I'm FC Copenhagen fan and our club made official statement that our new player Gabriel Pereira along a lot of other players and staff members from the two clubs got 60 days ban and that ban will go into the Danish League. The ban is from 1. August to 1. October.
