Is GT Collectibles and Toys a questionable seller of 151?

Long story : Buddy and I picked up a 151 ETB to relive the days of opening cards in the 90s only (now with disposable income). Well, the nostalgia factor worked and we quickly became obsessed with “catching them all “.

In the hunt for a master set we purchased a few ETBs and a UPCs with great variety of pulls. We eventually found a great deal (we thought) on Walmart.com from GT Collectibles and Toys. We’ve heard the pull rate for 151 is difficult, but the packs we’ve been getting from this seller are almost identical, wrap on the bundles are loose and the coloring of the packs seems to differ from those in the ETB. We’ve even been able to predict the sequence of cards.

Has anyone had any issue with this third-party seller? Is pulling 7 Jolteons normal ?
