Blooming Waters - Does anyone have any info?

Does anybody know if there are shops that are going to offer pre-orders for it and when they are likely to open up?

I know it’s coming up and the only thing google shows is a couple of out of stock listings for smaller shops. I’m desperate to get some as I struggled getting 151 when it surged in popularity.
