Anyone manage to not retire nipple piercings while breastfeeding?

Getting them done soon. Also will likely be in a place to start considering kids in a few years. By far most common thing I've seen is that people just remove the jewelry before feeding and put it back in. Seems super common that people have difficulty getting them back in. But anyone have success with that? I'm curious if there's any combination of retainer/jewelry and nipple shield/condom that would be safe to a baby as well as a nipple hole.
