Will this lobe tear heal?

Got third lobes done 1/1. Idk why they didn’t give me hoops. Both first and second lobes did. These studs keep snagging on my pillows but just did pretty bad. I think it pulled skin from the inside out. It looked like a blood clot so I tried to pull it off thinking it was just a dried up clot which resulted in the tear you can see. I stopped the bleeding and am put alcohol on it too kill anything immediate, then salt water rinsed. I just wanna know if the skin will grow back the way it should😭
