Can someone please make my paintings look like clean photo copies?

It's ok if you can maintain the original texture of the paper. For the frog, could you fix the foot too maybe? Get ride it the front foots weird webbing? I just want the lighting to look good and consistent and make it look like a professional photo. It's for a biological illustration internship that I'm applying for. It's a first step in my dream and if y'all could help me make my work look as good as possible I'd gladly appreciate.
