Has the glitched spot on sunny meadows been patched?

There was a spot in the first room on the left as you enter where you could walk up the bookcase and get ontop of the filing cabinets to be safe.

Now you can still get up there but some how the ghost is able to reach you now? Even if you're as far back as can be
