Best platform to replace Empower if missing transactions do not come back?

I was going to wait a full week before creating this post, but I'm doing it now following several comments I've seen where Empower customer service is asking users to "list" their thousands of missing transactions. 🙄 🥱

I think at this point in my life, I'm ready to shell out a little money for a platform that actually WORKS and CONSISTENTLY syncs with my accounts. One of my biggest frustrations with the Empower dashboard is how it would never sync transactions with several of my retirement accounts despite being able to update the balance along the way.

Another big plus for the next platform I use would be EASIER synching. Certain accounts on Empower take long to sync, especially the ones like Paypal and Venmo which require the 2FA text message.

I've heard Quicken and Mint are both good to use. I'd appreciate any input you all have for moving on from Empower, which may have failed us big time this week.
