Did I fuck up??

So I was installing the RGB controller for Lian Li Lancool 216 and I messed up the pins on motherboard for the USB 3.0 connector. The USB ports on the controller are working fine but I'm unable to control the RGB lighting of the fans, is it because I messed up the pins? Please help, thanks.
