Small but disturbing lags

İ got a Lenovo Loq 15 4060 16 ram İ5 12th gen

İ play the game between medium and high setting and usually get around 130fps but most of the time when i move much or open scope or even just normally play it drops to 100fps and it so recognizable. Is this something about Pubg or my pc should i lower my graphics. ?
