Can’t access DLC that I bought for skate 3

I have a North American or Canadian version of skate 3 but I live in the uk and when I bought the Danny ways Hawaiian dream dlc map I won’t let me download it, it has no error codes or anything but when I go into download list and download it from there it still dosnt download and doesn’t let me use it, any help?
